CrowdProperty has extended its regional support network for developers with the addition of a dedicated BDM in the South West region.

David Salomon brings over 10 years of property market experience, having previously worked in development finance as a key contact for all direct business enquiries and in various roles at one of the largest estate agencies in the UK.

Damon Walford, CCO at CrowdProperty, said: “As part of building the best development lending experience, we are continuing to recruit a team of experienced regional relationship managers who will help developers to achieve their property development goals. David’s understanding of developer requirements and experience in providing tailored loan solutions fit with CrowdProperty’s customer-focussed approach and we are delighted to welcome him to the team.”

David added: “CrowdProperty’s reliability of funding, in-house property expertise and performance to date make it an exciting next step for me. I’m here to make sure property developers in the South West region never miss an opportunity to grow their business and achieve their development goals. I look forward to reaching out to my network to share how CrowdProperty can help with their plans for 2023.”
